Roles & Responsibilities:
Selling Digital Marketing services such as SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Online Reputation Management to clients in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia markets.
Identify and connect with potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and
Apollo.io to generate inbound and outbound leads.
Create proposals and bids, and interact with clients through Skype, phone calls, and video conferencing to understand requirements and close deals.
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Manage online bidding platforms and coordinate the preparation and submission of government tenders and corporate proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
Lead and manage business development professionals and project managers, ensuring smooth execution of projects secured through tenders and sales activities.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in Digital Marketing or IT sales.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead generation tools.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.

Create SEO-optimized content across different niches with proper keyword usage and placement.
Write user-friendly, engaging, and easy-to-understand content with compelling headlines and storytelling.
Produce diverse content types, including emails, blogs, website copy, and social media posts aligned with marketing goals.
Conduct thorough research and stay updated with the latest technology trends and content marketing practices.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality content for client and internal projects.
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, creativity, and deadlines.
Key Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Job Title: Delivery Manager
Location: Noida (On-Site)
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 PM
Experience: 5+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments, ensuring structured workflows for sales-to-delivery handovers, client onboarding, and project sign-offs.
Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with information security and data privacy standards required for international clients.
Conduct regular operational health checks across teams to ensure documentation standards, workflow adherence, and recruitment SLAs are maintained.
Monitor and manage resource allocation to maintain optimal billable utilization (80%+) while ensuring team productivity and preventing burnout.
Manage bench resources by allocating them to internal R&D, training, or upskilling initiatives to maximize productivity.
Track project financials, identify scope creep or unbilled hours, and implement measures to maintain strong project margins.
Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Technology, HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment between project demand, team capacity, and hiring plans.
Implement structured reporting systems and ensure department heads provide accurate operational insights to leadership.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in operations management within an IT services, software development, or digital transformation company.
Strong understanding of IT project business models such as Fixed Bid, Time & Material (T&M), resource loading, and gross margins.
Proven experience in operations management, delivery governance, and resource planning.
Ability to design and implement structured processes and scalable workflows.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), and resource management tools.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
Leadership capability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and ensure team accountability.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
