Job Description
We're
looking for a dynamic and proactive Public Relations & Communications
Manager who can lead strategic communication efforts, build our brand
reputation, and drive media visibility across multiple platforms. You’ll play a
key role in managing content, planning events, handling media, and ensuring our
upcoming brand becomes a known name in the industry.
You’ll gain
full exposure to end-to-end product PR handling—from strategy to
execution—while working closely with the management team of an organization
driven by a bold vision and ambitious growth goals. This is a unique

Qualifications
& Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in PR,
Mass Communication, Journalism, or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in
PR/Comms (agency or brand side)
Must
have skills
·
Clear
and confident communication—both written and spoken.
·
Good
connections with media and influencers, especially in FMCG, pet care, or
lifestyle sectors.
·
Experience in planning, scripting, and managing
podcasts (audio and video formats).
·
Hands-on
experience in product launches and building brand stories.
·
Comfortable
working across different formats—print, digital, video, and audio.
·
Familiarity
with PR distribution tools like PR Newswire, Business Wire, or ANI.
·
Skilled
in writing, editing, and crafting impactful content.
·
Experience
organizing PR events, podcasts, and collaborating with influencers.
·
Able
to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment and coordinate across
teams.
·
Proactive,
independent, and takes full ownership of assigned work.
Candidates
preferred
- Prior work with product-based
brands or consumer goods is preferred (FMCG, pet care, or lifestyle
sectors.)
- Existing media relationships
and network.
- Familiarity with PR analytics
tools (Meltwater, Cision, Brandwatch, Coveragebook, etc.)

Distribution

Lead
the full process of creating and sending press releases and brand stories.

Use
tools like PR Newswire, Business Wire, and ANI to share content widely.
·
Ensure
timely and effective media distribution.
Events
& Branding
·
Work
with teams to plan branding for events, media kits, and coverage.
·
Create
buzz at pop-ups, expos, and industry meetups.
Reporting
·
Share
PR performance and insights with leadership.
·
Help
turn the brand’s vision into clear and engaging public stories.
